What does Market Scout actually evaluate?+
Market Scout evaluates demand, buyer pain, competition, originality, halal safety, buildability, cover and metadata potential, evergreen value, and format fit. Each opportunity includes a score out of 100, supporting evidence, a specific target reader, a clear problem, and a defensible angle. Hard-gate failures are shown with the reason instead of being quietly passed through.
How long does a book take to generate?+
A seven-chapter book typically finishes in about 6 to 10 minutes. Fable 5.1 first develops the research brief and outline, then writes each chapter in sequence so continuity is carried forward. You can watch the live progress timeline or leave the page and return later. Long manuscript work continues in the background and the project page resumes from the latest saved state.
Where does the manuscript research come from?+
Fable 5.1 creates an original research brief from the selected market opportunity, including subtopics, concepts, examples, practical takeaways, action steps, the promised transformation, and material to avoid. The brief is chunked and used as focused context for the outline and chapters.
Can I edit the manuscript after generation?+
Yes. Every chapter is editable in the built-in editor, and the page-flip preview updates from the saved manuscript. You can tighten passages, adjust structure, review the cover and listing, then generate fresh exports. VidBook Global produces drafts for human review. It never performs the final Amazon KDP publish action for you.
How does the compliance gate work?+
The compliance audit reviews the opportunity and sample content for halal safety, originality, rights risk, misleading claims, and KDP policy concerns. It returns a visible pass, review, or block result with reasons and follow-up actions. Uncertainty is surfaced for your judgment. A blocked project is not presented as publish-ready.
Do credits roll over month to month?+
No. Your monthly credit balance resets each renewal and unused credits do not carry over. Free plan credits are granted once at signup. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing page, and new balances apply from the next billing cycle.
Which export formats are supported for KDP and other stores?+
Every project exports as a KDP-ready PDF with 6 by 9 trim, mirrored margins, gutter spacing, and print-safe layout. It also exports EPUB 3.0 for major ebook stores and DOCX for an editor who wants to make manual adjustments. Each format becomes downloadable as its render completes.
